Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and certified Pega Senior Consultants and Lead Consultants to design, develop, and implement business-critical applications using the Pega platform. Candidates must have strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC, Constellation design system, and end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Pega application architecture and design discussions.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee delivery standards.
• Develop and configure Pega applications using best practices and guardrail compliance.
• Implement reusable rules, case types, data models, and integrations.
• Design scalable and maintainable architecture aligned with Pega's best practices.
• Own technical delivery and interface with clients on solutioning.
• Lead implementation of Pega Constellation-based applications.
• Plan and manage deployment activities and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Work on Pega Constellation-based UI components.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Support testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Pega CSA / CSSA / CLSA Certification is mandatory/preferred (based on role).
• 4–10+ years of experience in Pega BPM, with strong development and design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC concepts including Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Integrations, Case Management.
• Experience with Pega Constellation architecture and front-end development using Constellation design patterns.
• Strong understanding of integration mechanisms (SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, services).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools in Pega ecosystem (Deployment Manager, Jenkins, Git).
• Knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or Pega Marketing is a plus.
• Experience in cloud-based deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Pega App Studio and low-code development principles.
